These pictures are from my "field trip" to Miami Beach, FL. One picture as you may be able to tell, is of me with Regis Philbin in the background. For those of you who watch Regis and Kelly, they filmed the show at the hotel I was staying at last week. The famous Fontainebleu Miami Beach Hotel. It was the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at and, even better, the school picked up the tab. We spent two days talking to industry leaders and touring hotels and restaurants. I ate at 3 of the top 10 restaurants in the world! I was super spoiled and wish I could have taken Shanae(and Carolina) with me.
