Our beautiful little girl arrived on July 21st at 10:25 am. She wieghed a surprising 9 pounds and 1 ounce, and 20.5 inches. Mom and Dad were shocked, but then it made sense why she would not flip inside Mom's belly. She is a wonderful baby and she is totally Daddy's girl. Mom is doing well and recovering from the C-section better than expected. Many family members have been by to hold and admire her.
Congratulations Ben and Shanae!! She is SOOOOOO beautiful! I'm so sad I can't meet her in person... when are you going to bring her down to meet all the family in Arizona? I know a photographer who would love to get her hands on Miss Saige for a photo shoot! :D
ReplyDeleteoh my heck, she is so so so cute! She looks just perfect, and I love all of her hair. What a beautiful daughter. Shanae I know it's been a super rough pregnancy but wow, wasn't it worth it! I hope you recover well, if I was there I would bring dinner. I would mail you dinner, but that would be gross. Cute name for her by the way. CONGRATS!

ReplyDeleteWhen I heard she was over 9 pounds it made sense to me why she wouldn't turn. even though C-section isn't IDEAL, part of you has to be glad, Shanae!!! I am sure you're having tons of fun! good luck!

ReplyDeleteyea, i am so happy for you guys, and i am more happy that you didn't have to push a 9 lb baby out! I love the name and I love the birthday it is my Kyron's birthday too that day! Congrats we are so happy for you!
